Meeting our community is not required but highly recommended. It helps you make a fully informed decision and gives your family a sense of the Universal School experience before committing.
Campus visits available year-roundOur streamlined online form takes 15–20 minutes. Have your documents ready before you begin.

- Most recent report cards (2 years)
- Previous school transcripts
- Vaccination records
- Residency documentation
- Parent/guardian identification
Our assessment helps us understand your child's current academic level and learning needs — not to exclude, but to ensure proper placement and support.
- Early Years (KG): Developmental readiness, social skills, basic concepts
- Primary (1–5): Math, reading, writing fundamentals
- Middle (6–8): Math, English, Arabic, sciences
- Secondary (9–12): Comprehensive assessment + pathway counseling
- Age-appropriate written and oral assessments
- Comfortable, supportive environment
- Typically 1–2 hours depending on grade level
- No specific preparation needed
An informal, welcoming conversation designed to understand your family's values and educational goals, and to answer all your questions.
Parent(s)/guardian(s) and, for older students, the student themselves.
- Mutual fit assessment
- Discuss your educational goals and values
- Understand your child's strengths, interests, challenges
- Explain pathway options (for secondary applicants)
- Informal conversation with admissions team
- 30–45 minutes duration
- In-person or virtual — your choice
Families receive decisions within 2 weeks of completing all application requirements. Decisions are communicated via email and a personal phone call.
Once accepted, follow these four milestones to secure your child's place in the Universal School family.

- Tour campus & receive school materials
