Payment Options
We offer flexible payment plans to accommodate every family's financial planning. Choose the schedule that works best for you — all plans include the same world-class education.
Annual Payment
- Full year paid before school year starts
- One-time payment — zero admin fees
- Simplest option for financial planning
Semester Payment
- 50% due before September start
- 50% due before January start
- Balanced split across both semesters
Quarterly Payment
- 25% due before each quarter
- Due dates: Sep · Nov · Feb · Apr
- Manageable quarterly budgeting
Monthly Payment
- 10 installments from September to June
- Automatic bank transfer required
- Small administrative fee may apply
Accepted Payment Methods

All tuition fees must be settled according to the chosen payment plan schedule. A late payment fee may apply for overdue balances. For questions about payment plans, sibling discounts, or financial arrangements, please contact our finance office at admissions@universalschool.edu.lb.

Withdrawal Before School Starts
- Before deadline date: Full refund minus non-refundable registration fee
- After deadline date: Partial refund percentage applied to tuition paid
- Registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances
Withdrawal After School Starts
- No refund for the current completed semester
- Prorated refund for future semesters only if applicable conditions are met
- All additional fees (books, activities, technology) are non-refundable once used
Medical / Emergency Withdrawal
- Each situation reviewed on a case-by-case basis by administration
- Official documentation required (medical reports, official records)
- Possible prorated refund based on review outcome and timing
