Welcome to
Universal School
For 68 years, Universal School has been a beacon of educational excellence in Lebanon. From our founding in Burj Hamoud in 1958 to our thriving campus in Aramoun today, we have demonstrated what it means to adapt, persevere, and excel through every challenge.
During the Lebanese Civil War, when families fled to Cyprus and Greece — we followed them.
Our story is extraordinary: during the Lebanese Civil War of the 1980s, when many Lebanese families fled to Cyprus and Greece, we followed them — establishing Green Hill International School branches in Limassol and Glifada to ensure their children received quality education rooted in Lebanese values. This wasn't just survival; it was a commitment to serve our community across borders.
Universal School is more than an educational institution — we are a community bound by resilience, driven by innovation, and committed to preparing every student for success no matter what the world brings.
